Greenfield Pre-School

Our pre-schol was created following the closure of Countesthorpe Nursery School  at The Drive, Countesthorpe. The pre-school opened on 4^th September 2017.

A number of the staff from the nursery moved to the new site and bring with them their many years of experience. They have been joined by new staff from varied childcare backgrounds including pre-schools, day nurseries, Children's Centres and schools.

The children at pre-school have access to additional resources, creative and physical activities, a large outdoor space, Forest School, and all the benefits being part of the wider school brings. The transition for children starting school at Greenfield is excellent as as we have close links with the Reception team in school and share many of the school facilities. 

The most recent Ofsted inspection in July 2018 rated the pre-school Good. We have worked hard to develop our new pre-school to provide children with the best possible start to school life, in a welcoming and inspirational learning environment.
