At Greenfield we use a parent communication service called Parentmail. ParentMail is an electronic communication and messaging system that allows us to send e-letters and text messages and enables parents to pay for school trips, swimming and dinner money on-line.
When your child starts at Greenfield, you will be issued with a registration link to your mobile number or email address to set up your Parentmail account. Up to four individuals can register for an account for a child times so both parents and other relatives/carers can receive information from the school.
Using Parentmail benefits both the school and parents tremendously; we can save costs on paper and the time taken to produce copy letters and there is no chance of letters going astray between home and school. Additionally parents get their communication quickly and reminders are more effective.
Parentmail works best using the free app, which is available for both Android and Apple devices.
